Our Master Baker, Steven, offers a full day baking class for up to six people. This course, which will take place on a Monday, will look at different baking techniques including yeasted breads and sourdough breads. Participants will make a variety of breads which they will be able to take home. Refreshments and lunch will be provided. There will also be a take-home pack including recipes, a sample of Redbournbury Mill flour and more.
